Who is the husband of Kelsey Ballerina, Morgan Evans?

Kelsey Ballerina is a red-h*t superstar in country music these days, but her husband, Morgan Evans, isn't exactly a slacker in the genre. The two have become a staple on the country music scene and it's always been clear to fans that Ballerina nabbed a great guy in Evans.

Who is the husband of Kelsey Ballerina, Morgan Evans?

Ballerina and Evans met in person in March 2016 while co-hosting an awards show (via People). They were in Australia, where she grew up, and the chemistry between them was intense and immediate.

However, it so happened that she had interviewed her for an Australian radio station about six months before the event. She became a fan as soon as she started listening to her album and even told her friends that she was her "future wife". She made a true statement with a wedding by the sea in Mexico in December 2017.

Evans grew up in Australia, but had moved to Nashville when she did that radio interview. Although Ballerina and Evans were in Nashville at the time, it wasn't until the Australian awards show that they physically crossed paths. The two singers shared a shot of tequila at the awards ceremony after party, and it looks like the rest is history.

Nashville was only for Morgan Evans at first

Before meeting Kelsey Ballerina, Morgan Evans fell on hard times, detailed Rolling Stone. Evans acknowledged that until he lived in Nashville, he didn't really know what loneliness or anxiety was.

In Nashville, he discovered that there were many people chasing the same dreams as him, and he struggled to stand out. Fortunately, his career began to take off after those tougher days, leading to several hits and an Apple Music radio show.

He also sold out shows during his debut headline tour in 2019.

COVID kept Evans off the road and away from his family in Australia for over a year. It seems that it provoked a great reflection on his great childhood.

He started surfing at the age of 13, but had started playing the piano when he was only 5. He then played baritone horn and guitar as a teenager.

Evans attended the University of Newcastle to obtain a law degree. Just six months later, he realized that he was still passionate about music.

He completed a degree in communication, then juggled a traditional job and a weekend tour, according to Rolling Stone. His musical career progressed and now he is happily in love and living the life of his dreams.
